Martin Székely was born on April 29, 1992, in Hungary. He started learning German at the age of seven and had a serious interest in acting. He began learning English by himself through American TV series and songs. He got the lead role in numerous school productions. In his early twenties, he worked as a cashier, au pair, gardener, waiter, and factory worker in Germany while pursuing a career as an actor.
He became an English and German high school teacher in 2018. He taught in several schools but moved to Malta in 2018, where he worked as an English teacher and as an actor in Valletta.
In 2019, he moved to Berlin, where he decided to continue working on his acting and writing dreams. During the pandemic, he studied acting in Budapest and in Berlin. Martin is working as an online teacher, which makes it possible for him to work on his creative projects. In 2022, he finished his first short novel, Nothingville, and he wrote, directed, produced, and starred in his first short film, “The Day I Was Born.”
After a successful entrance exam, he got accepted to the 4-year acting BA program at the “Hochschule für Musik und Theater” of the West University Timisoara, in Romania.
